Okay, but why are there dating rumors about Kardashian and Davidson?
Well, the pair were photographed holding hands on a roller coaster at Knott’s Scary Farm in Buena Park, California, on October 29, so there’s that! You can see the pics here.
The outing had all the makings of a double date as People reports that they were at the Halloween event with certified hot couple Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker; Barker knows Davidson through their mutual friend Machine Gun Kelly. Us Weekly reports that other friends were in attendance as well.
How did people react?
People on Twitter seem mostly bemused by a potential Davidson-Kardashian romance. “Convinced dating Pete Davidson is like jury duty for celebs and most ppl will be called to do it at least once,” one user tweeted, while another added, “The possibility of Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson being together…we’re really living in unprecedented times.”
Another mused, “Maybe it’s not possible to not date Pete Davidson if he’s in your orbit…”
So…are they dating?
Maybe, but probably not! Sources told People and Us Weekly that the pair are just friends. “They hang in the same circles so they will be together from time to time,” an insider told People. “It’s just friends hanging out.”
One onlooker who spotted the pair around 1:20 a.m. told Us Weekly, “Kim and Pete seemed like good friends.”
Another Us Weekly source, however, teased that more could come from the friendship. “No one really knows what is going on with Kim and Pete,” the “insider” told the magazine. “They are just friends right now, but things could turn romantic.”
They reportedly had dinner in Staten Island on Tuesday, November 2.
This comes from sources who spoke to TMZ. Meanwhile, a source told Page Six Kardashian “is intrigued” by Davidson: “She likes him.”
