With the launch of Skims swim, Kim Kardashian is officially here to revamp your vacation mood. The cult-favorite shapewear brand has expanded its empire into swim with a highly anticipated drop of bikinis, one-pieces, and sarongs.
The new collection includes 19 pieces in seven colors, including the brand’s signature skin and earth tones, plus seasonal hues like periwinkle and cobalt. Each item comes in sizes XXS through 4X, with prices ranging from $32 to $108.
The styles are designed to be mixed and matched—for example, layer a swim shirt over your bikini top or wrap a sarong over high-waist briefs—so you can show as much (or as little) skin as you like. The individual pieces are mostly timeless, but you’ll also find trendier silhouettes like cutout monokinis, bike short unitards, and miniskirts in the lineup.
Skims is already known for making some of the best shapewear on the market, not to mention ultra-comfy bras that Glamour editors love. So although this is the brand’s first foray into swim, it feels like a natural next step—and one that’s about to take over your Discover and For You pages.
Between the versatile hues and silhouettes, Skims’ swimwear is also refreshingly simple: Going from the beach to the bar is as easy as throwing on a shrug and tube skirt over your cute bikini. (And unlike sister Kylie Jenner’s swimwear line, Kardashian’s take doesn’t seem quite as apt to reveal your, um, naughty bits.)
“I know our customers have been wanting this from us for such a long time,” Kardashian wrote in a press release. “Buying swimwear should be fun and easy, yet so many women feel daunted by it. I wanted to change that and make the process as simple as possible by providing a full swim wardrobe—both for in and out of the water.”
Skims’ fans already know that new styles tend to sell out quickly, so if you want to get your hands on the minimalist swim line, you’ll have to act quickly. Get a head start with some of our favorite Skims swim pieces below—then get ready to book a trip to the nearest beach.
