Euphoria Star Angus Cloud Revealed What Fezco Wrote in His Letter to Lexi

Spoilers ahead for anyone who doesn’t know what happens to Angus Cloud’s character in the Euphoria finale.

While we are emotionally processing the season two finale of HBO’s Euphoria and probably will be for some time, we still have so many questions. What happened to Laurie threatening Rue? What was Kat’s reaction to Ethan’s part in the play? But most of all…Fexi? Please?

That’s the ship name given to Fezco (Angus Cloud) and Lexi (Maude Apatow), one of the sweeter flirtations on the show. Viewers saw Fezco get ready for Lexi’s off-the-rails school play, flowers and note in hand, but between a murder and the SWAT team, he didn’t make it too far. Thankfully, Cloud revealed what, in his mind, that note to Lexi said.

“It was just, like, a congratulations. I think they both know there’s a vibe going on. Definitely taking it to the next level with them flowers and whatnot. So I think the letter was just being like, ‘Yo, good job for fucking doing you,’” Angus Cloud told Variety.

Cloud also theorized that Fez, ever the supportive audience member, “would have thought [the play] was awesome. He would have been pretty excited.” And when Cassie interrupted the action, says Cloud, “I would have stood up out of my chair like, ‘Oh, shit! Fight! Fight! Fight!’” We can picture it perfectly.

Talking with us about the Fexi of it all in early February, Cloud was totally supportive of the relationship. “Personally, I think it’s cool. I mean, they gonna do what they will. Hopefully, Lexi knows what she’s getting into.” He also called “getting a flower” romantic and said roses were his favorite, which just adds another layer of sweetness to Fez getting roses for Lex.

Buuuuut they can’t get together if Fezco dies. And since he got shot in the stomach during the season finale, we just don’t know. Neither does Cloud. “I don’t know. They haven’t really told me yet,” he told Variety about being in Euphoria season three. Ugh, we need answers!
